You're not paying me $300 to push a button on a camera.
You're investing in the entire creative process.
Before we ever take a photograph, we'll talk about what you want your senior portraits to look and feel like. We'll discuss outfits, locations, ideas, interests and the things that make your senior uniquely you.
During your session, I'll handle the lighting, posing, direction and production. You don't need to know how to pose or what to do with your hands. That's my job.
And then comes the part that really separates my work.
Your selected portraits are individually finished in Photoshop using my signature editing style. These aren't straight-out-of-camera images with a preset dropped on top. Each finished portrait is carefully crafted to create the dramatic, polished and professional look that has become a signature of my work.
The result isn't just a collection of photographs.
It's artwork created specifically for you.

PLAN
Once you're booked, we'll start planning your session.
We'll talk about your personality, interests, wardrobe, locations and the types of images you'd like to create. If you have an idea you've seen somewhere that you love, send it my way. I love collaborating and creating something that's uniquely yours.
CREATE
Your session is completely guided.
I'll direct you through posing, expressions and movement while I take care of the lighting and technical side of the shoot.
You don't need modeling experience. In fact, most of my seniors tell me they have no idea what they're doing when they arrive.
That's completely normal.
I'll take care of the rest.
Depending on your session and plans, we may use multiple lighting setups, locations and creative techniques to create a variety of looks.
CHOOSE
After your session, I'll carefully review your photographs and prepare your private proofing gallery.
You'll be able to look through your images from home and choose the photographs you'd like to purchase.
You can select a digital collection, purchase individual images, choose one of the print/digital collections, or purchase the complete collection.
You're never paying for photographs you don't want.
I CREATE
This is where the magic happens.
Once your order is placed, I'll professionally retouch the photographs you've selected.
Every purchased image receives my full editing treatment, including color, exposure, skin refinement and the detailed Photoshop work necessary to create the finished look.
The proof you see in your gallery is not the final product.
Your purchased photograph is.
ENJOY
Your finished digital photographs will be delivered through your private online gallery, while prints and artwork can be shipped directly to you.
Whether you want a few favorite digitals, a wall portrait for your home, a senior album or everything from your session, you get to decide what your senior portraits become.

I'd rather have you bring too much than wish you had brought something different.
For most sessions, I recommend bringing 3–5 outfits representing different sides of your personality.
Think about:
• Something casual and comfortable
• Something that represents your school or sport
• Something a little more dressed up
• Something completely "you"
• Any special uniform, jersey, instrument, hobby or personal item you'd like incorporatedDon't worry about knowing exactly what works.
We'll talk through your wardrobe during the planning process, and I'm happy to help you narrow things down.
As a general rule, avoid large logos, tiny patterns and clothing that you're uncomfortable wearing. The best outfit is one that makes you feel like yourself.
And please bring your clothes on hangers whenever possible. It makes changing and keeping everything organized much easier.
-
Professional hair and makeup is completely optional.
If you're comfortable doing your own hair and makeup, that's absolutely fine.
If you'd like professional HMU, I can recommend artists I trust who understand photography and know how to create a look that photographs beautifully without making you look like someone else.
For makeup, the goal isn't to make you look "made up."
The goal is polished, natural and camera-ready.
Guys: don't feel like this section doesn't apply to you. A little grooming and preparation can make a huge difference in your finished portraits. Clean up facial hair, nails, eyebrows and anything else you normally maintain before your session.
Most importantly, come looking and feeling like yourself.

Senior sessions are scheduled throughout the year, but availability is limited.
I don't book an unlimited number of seniors each season because every session requires significant planning, shooting and post-production time.
BOOKING
To reserve your session date, the $300 Creative Session Fee is due at the time of booking.
Your session date is not considered reserved until the session fee has been paid and your booking is confirmed.
The Creative Session Fee is non-refundable.
If something unexpected comes up, please contact me as soon as possible. I'll always do my best to work with you to reschedule when my schedule allows.
WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK?
The earlier, the better.
If you have a specific season, location or date in mind, I recommend booking several weeks or months in advance.
Fall dates, in particular, can fill quickly.
You don't need to know exactly what you want before booking. That's what the planning process is for.
PAYMENT FOR PHOTOGRAPHS
Your photographs and artwork are purchased separately following your session.
Once your proofing gallery is ready, you'll be able to browse the available digital collections, prints and artwork and place your order directly through your private gallery.
A minimum purchase of $250 is required.
Your selected photographs will then be professionally retouched and prepared for final delivery.
READY TO CREATE SOMETHING AWESOME?
If you're looking for the same senior pictures everyone else has, I'm probably not your guy.
But if you want portraits that are dramatic, creative, polished and completely yours...
I'd love to work with you.
Let's make something you'll still be proud to hang on your wall long after senior year is over.
