1. THE EXPERIENCE
LIGHTING CHANGES EVERYTHING.
I don't believe great portrait photography is just about finding a pretty location, putting someone in front of it and clicking the shutter. Lighting, posing, expression and environment all work together to create the final image.
My approach combines professional studio-style lighting with real-world locations to create the bold, polished and dynamic look you see throughout my work.
Depending on what we're creating, we can keep things clean and professional, go dark and dramatic, add color and atmosphere, or push the concept completely outside the box. Every session is different because every person and every purpose is different.
And don't worry about knowing how to pose or what to do in front of the camera. I'll guide you through posing, expression and movement throughout the entire shoot.
After the session, your selected images receive my signature retouching and Photoshop finishing. I don't simply apply a preset and call it finished. Each purchased image is individually crafted to create the final polished look you see in my portfolio.

2. WHAT TO EXPECT
EVERY SESSION IS DIFFERENT. THAT'S THE POINT.
A professional headshot may need to be clean, simple and efficient. A branding session may involve multiple locations, outfits and looks. A band or fitness shoot might call for something much more creative and involved.
We'll build the session around what you actually need.

PLAN
Depending on the session, we'll discuss wardrobe, locations, backgrounds, lighting, overall style and any creative ideas you want to incorporate.
Have inspiration or reference images? Send them over! They're a great starting point for figuring out the direction of your shoot.
CREATE
Show up and we'll take it from there. I'll handle the lighting and guide you through posing, expression and movement while we work through the different looks we've planned.
Whether we have 20 minutes or several hours, the goal is the same: create images that serve their purpose and look damn good doing it.
CHOOSE
After your session, you'll receive a private online proofing gallery featuring the best images from your shoot.
You'll choose the photographs you want to purchase and have professionally finished.
FINISH
Your selected images receive my full professional retouching and Photoshop treatment before final delivery.

3. PRICING & BOOKING

Not every portrait session serves the same purpose, so pricing is divided between personal portrait photography and photography created for business, promotional or commercial use.
PERSONAL PORTRAIT SESSIONS — $200
For individuals creating photographs for personal use.
Perfect for headshots, fitness portraits, fashion, glamour, modeling portfolios, dating profiles, social media or simply creating something awesome for yourself.
Your $200 Portrait Session Fee reserves your date and covers pre-session planning, creative direction, professional lighting, your portrait session and private online proofing gallery.
Finished images are purchased separately after your session, so you only purchase the photographs you actually love.
DIGITAL IMAGES START AT $75
After your session, you'll receive a private proofing gallery where you can select the photographs you'd like professionally finished. Retouched digital images begin at $75, with discounted multi-image collections available.
Professional prints, canvases and other artwork are also available.
BUSINESS, BRANDING & COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY — CUSTOM QUOTE
Need photographs to promote yourself, your business, brand, band, music, product or organization?
These sessions are considered commercial or promotional photography and are quoted separately from Personal Portrait Sessions.
This includes personal branding, corporate and business photography, bands and musicians, promotional campaigns, advertising, website content, album artwork and other images created primarily for business or promotional use.
Pricing varies depending on the scope of the project, number of people, locations, production requirements and intended use of the finished photographs.
